Orders & Shipping
We offer free shipping within the United States and worldwide delivery options at checkout. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your tent within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How much is shipping and how long will it take?
We offer free standard shipping within the United States. Orders usually arrive within 5–7 business days after dispatch.
For international customers, shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and delivery typically takes 10–20 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.
What is your return policy?
You can return your tent within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is unused, clean, and in the original packaging. Return shipping costs may apply for international orders.
What if my tent arrives damaged or defective?
We’ll take care of it. Contact our support team with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. All poles and joints are covered by a lifetime warranty, while fabrics and accessories are protected under a one-year limited warranty.

How long does it take to set up the Arcadia 4P?
The Arcadia 4P can be set up in about 5 minutes by one person, thanks to its pre-attached, color-coded pole system. A detailed step-by-step manual comes with every tent, and we also provide an instruction video so you can follow along easily.
What makes the Arcadia 4P modular?
Each part of the tent — the body, rainfly, and pole system — is fully freestanding. This allows you to configure six unique modes, including car connection, open-air shelter, dual awnings, or a full weatherproof tent. Instead of carrying multiple shelters, Arcadia adapts seamlessly to your needs in one compact system.
Is the Arcadia 4P suitable for all weather conditions?
Yes. The tent is designed for real-world use, not just showroom displays. Its A-frame geometry provides exceptional wind resistance, the 210D Oxford rainfly offers a PU3000 waterproof rating and UV50 protection, and reinforced guy lines with steel stakes ensure stability. While it handles heavy rain and strong winds, we always recommend practicing proper setup and anchoring for the best performance in extreme conditions.
How many people can the tent fit?
Arcadia 4P comfortably fits 2–4 people along with their gear. Its 6’3” full-height interior makes it easy to stand, stretch, and move around naturally — unlike dome or tunnel tents that limit height to the center only.
